There’s a New Guy in Town

New Hitty City has reached a new level of culture with the arrival of French chef Monsieur Pierre de Bois, until recently the head chef of the L’École de Cordon Bleu in Paris (TX). His antics against Nouveau Cuisine are legendary in the culinary world. He was asked to leave when he introduced his latest dish “Frogs Legs Wraped in Bacon” at a romantic dinner for two arranged for Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy.

Pierre was spotted at the New Hitty City general store scoping out the cookware. Having arrived in New Hitty City with only his spoon, he is anxious to find a well established venue to make his mark in our fair city. His specialties are Coq au Vin (chicken in wine) over mesquite and Ragout de Pépé Le Péu.

A confirmed romantic, Pierre is single and hopes to meet a nice lady here in New Hitty City. He enjoys old Maurice Chevalier movies, moonlit strolls on the beach and a good
Bordeaux.
